At Alonso Apiaries, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because honey is a food product, returns are subject to the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

• The honey has not been opened or used

• The product is in its original condition

• The packaging is undamaged and suitable for resale

Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Alonso Apiaries cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved:

• The purchase price of the product will be refunded

• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
